The told us that they maintain them every evening and I believe that. They were top of the line, in really fantastic condition. The bike rentals were also pretty pricy but you get what you pay for. They over inflate everything including water at about $8 a bottle. There isn't many water options so bring lots of water. It is approximately about 45 min down on one round. The trails themselves are absolutely thrilling and we must have done them at least 4 times. They put clear signs up to try to help prevent this kind of behavior. I did have some trouble on the green trails with younger riders wanting to go faster and not being as respectful and running me off the trails a few times but that is of no fault of the Resort. We went on a weekday and it was pretty busy but not overwhelmingly busy. I bet that before COVID this place was a lot of fun with all the restaurants but unfortunately they were all mostly closed except for a few of the outside open ones. There are great bathroom options at both ends. The ski lift up was beautiful with great views and once you get the top, you proceed to go on another lift even higher with phenomenal views. Everyone wore masks but we took ours off at the top while riding but for the ski lift it was necessary. The attendees on the lift were super helpful with the bikes and very friendly. The line moved fairly fast and once we got our bikes we were ready to go find the lift. This line is where you pick up your bike and get fitted for your equipment. The process was super easy, once you get your lift tickets and rent your bike you move to a new line nearby. We didn't make reservations online (which I would highly recommend) but since we were first in line and we had some great customer service we were still able to get 3 rentals for the day. We got here early on a Monday and the bikes were already starting to go. It is well maintained and the trails are fantastic and fun to ride down.
